Website Update and Maintenance
After a website is launched, it needs to be changed from time to time. However, for many companies, website maintenance distracts from running a business. Other companies do not have the personnel to keep their website looking as professional and up-to-date as they would like.

How does it work?
Clients send site content change requests in a variety of formats:
- Faxed page printouts with change requests indicated directly on the page
- Emailed descriptions of modification requests
- Word documents with specific instructions
- Images or photos the Client wishes to include on the site
- Spreadsheets or text data files to convert and upload into a database
Upon receipt of the modification request, CCND emails the Client with an expected completion date. Upon Client request, CCND also provides an estimate of the cost.
CCND's arrangement with most companies is to charge based on the actual time required to complete the request, billing in quarter-hour increments. This has proven to be most cost-effective billing method for the Client. In addition, CCND is always happy to work with a Client for a fixed fee based on specific project specifications.
Turn-around time is usually within 24 to 48 hours, although in periods of high volume, Clients may be asked to assign priority levels to requests.
On a monthly basis, CCND provides an invoice including an accounting to the Client of the services rendered.
The system that has evolved allows Clients to enjoy the benefits of a virtual website development staff without the overhead associated with maintaining personnel.
